

This is Hédiard playing traiteur, the uniquely French tradition of gastronomic specialities prepared “to go” – and as far from other nations’ “takeaways” as can be imagined.
Hédiard produces two collections per year, reflecting the seasons (autumn / winter and spring / summer) – with an extra collection for Noel.
It’s not just for swanky suppers. Breakfast, lunch and swift snacks are all covered, all featuring top-notch ingredients from the Hédiard delicatessen counters put together with our customary culinary flair.
Our chefs find our own shelves a constant source of inspiration, as each “Fresh” dish features Hédiard products employed as intended. For the customer, it’s a terrific way to enjoy all the potential implicit in the store without the effort – or the years of education. In the old days, one’s chef could be relied upon in such matters: these days, rely on Hédiard.
