    Hédiard's foie gras and terrines are the result of selecting producers in the best geographical areas so that we are able to promise you impeccable quality.

    To accompany them, Hédiard has elaborated on a traditional recipe in its workshop in the south of France to produce the bitter-sweet stewed figs with spices.

    The finishing touch is provided by using salt flavoured with piment d'Espelette.
