Butter biscuits baked for hediard in Brittany and made with wheat flour, fresh butter, sugar, whole eggs and sea-salt from guerande. Baked in a "H" cake tin, the Hédiard brand mark,there are with a light salted taste a great hediard biscuit speciality.

Wheat flour, fresh butter from Britanny 27,5%, sugar, whole eggs, sea salt from Guérande, milk powder, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate acid), natural hazelnut flavouring. Warning, this biscuit is likely to contain traces of : almond, hazelnut and walnuts.
