Inspired by the creations of the Paco Rabanne house , Hédiard's Chefs have created a collection of new and exclusive "chic snackings " unveiled at the preview of Ephemeral Café Printemps Haussmann. Magnifying the best Hédiard's products and ingredients, club sandwiches and cold starters depict smoked salmon, foie gras, Iberian ham and the most outstanding pickled vegetables  . Pastry and "haute couture" show off their finery for a parade of flavors and colors enchanting the senses. Much of gourmet temptations to enjoy exclusively at the Café, on the go or sitting comfortably with a glass of champagne Grand Cru Brut Hédiard or a cup of flawored Hédiard tea.
