"Secret de famille" jam

This surprising blend of quince and apple spiced up with cinnamon and ginger comes straight out of the Hédiard family kitchen. Benita Küsel, Ferdinand Hédiard's own granddaughter gave us the recipe.
To preserve the quality of this product, keep refrigerared after opening.
Sugar, quince (29%), apple (29%), ginger powder, cinnamon powder , acidifying agent: citric acid. Manufactured in our factory in Générac (South-East of France). May contain traces of shelled fruits. Prepared with 50g of fruits per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
