Butter biscuits baked for Hédiard in Brittany, made with wheat flour, fresh butter, sugar, whole eggs and sea-salt from Guerande. Baked in a "H-shaped" cake tin, the Hédiard brand mark, they have a lightly salted taste and a spicy cinnamon touch.
