This assortment of pure butter biscuits with egg glaze is still made from butter from Brittany and salt from Guérande then oven-baked for delicate, elegant biscuits. Light and crunchy, they are best served with tea, soft ice-cream or a delicate sorbet.
  • Ingredients
    Wheat flour, churned butter from Brittany 24%, sugar, whole eggs, sea salt from Guérande, milk powder, baking powder (disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate ) natural hazelnut flavouring. Produced in a factory using dried fruits (nuts, hazelnuts and almonds).
