Cherry plum fine jam

We required a jam that contained the ripe, full flavour of summer's end - and here it is. Ideal on bread, brioche or even in cottage cheese.

Ingredients
Sugar, cherry plums, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid. May contain traces of shelled fruits. Prepared with 45g of fruits per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.
