The noble bean is a passion chez Hédiard. As an example, most commercial coffees are roasted for around two minutes: long enough to release the basic flavour. Superior beans have so much more to give, and it’s in careful roasting that the subtleties emerge – which is why we do ours the honour of a full 20-minute roast. Just one distinguishing fact among dozens we could mention.

  The Birthday blend is a subtle assembly of Arabicas. Its tasting invites to travel. Our coffee expert was inspired by imported coffees by Ferdinad Hédiard to take us towards a conquest of the world along centuries and oceans: from Ethiopia (where has born coffee) through way of Arabia, Europe and Indian Ocean, the coffee crosses the Atlantic Ocean and saturated with the new world flavours: San Domingo and New Caledonia. Discover this soft coffee with a slightly acid touch and its subtle floral aromas. Type of roast: slightly dark.
