Caol lla is considered to be one of the great whiskies of Scotland. This great malt comes from a rare and limited vintage, distilled in 1994, of which only 12,000 bottles have been produced.
It has a beautiful pale gold tint, with smoky and peaty tones, and evokes the sea with its iodine and seaweed aromas and its subtly salty aftertaste. It has a spicy, peppery taste with refined floral tones and a hint of sherry.
It is not filtered, retaining all its richness.
